POSITION SUMMARY 
  • Lead and manage analytics engineers by setting priorities, guiding design patterns, and defining delivery expectations
  • Remain hands-on in building and implementing analytics solutions using Databricks, Power BI, SQL, and Python-based development
  • Translate business requirements into scalable data products including transformations, semantic models, Databricks Agents, and Python-based applications such as Databricks Apps or Genie
  • Establish and enforce standards for data quality, validation, performance, reliability, and governance across analytics deliverables
  • Oversee predictive and prescriptive analytics initiatives, ensuring data readiness, proper modeling inputs, and integration into workflows

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 
  • Deep expertise in SQL (advanced querying, optimization, and data modeling) and Python proficiency for data transformation, analytics, and application development
  • 5+ years of data analytics experience with 2+ years of leadership experience and 3+ years in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management or payor analytics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a healthcare-related field highly preferred
  • Strong experience with data visualization and ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven technical leadership experience, including setting standards, mentoring team members, and driving best practices across analytics engineering teams

COMPENSATION: 
The salary range for this position is $125,000-$140,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
