Position SummarY
The Manager of Practice Transformation is a vital member of RP's Clinical Transformation Team, driving success in various clinical transformation programs centered on improving clinical quality, physician experience and patient service. This role will be responsible for managing direct reports and leading engagement with practice Operations teams and clinical leadership, ensuring physician experience is positive and feedback is triaged and addressed timely. This position requires proficiency in building presentation materials in PowerPoint and following analytics that drive program success.

Position Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the deployment of programs (‘Clinical Transformation Programs’) designed to change how radiologists practice medicine, including those using both AI and people, to transform clinical quality, physician experience, and patient service across all eligible practices at Radiology Partners.
- Lead engagement with practice Operators and radiologist leaders to ensure success of all Clinical Transformation Programs. Build relevant presentation materials for successful deployment and reporting on programs’ progress and success.
- Manage a team of 3-6 direct reports who support the various Clinical Transformation programs.
- Manage and triage physician experience feedback related to all Clinical Transformation programs; leverage available tracking tools (or develop better, more effective tools) to manage and report on feedback to senior leadership
- Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all programs under the ‘Practice Success’ umbrella are met (programs include but are not limited to Virtual Radiologist Assistants, Mosaic, AI and others that arise in the future)
- Work closely with vendor partners, as needed, to ensure successful deployment of Clinical Transformation programs
- Work closely and effectively with cross-functional teams engaged in all Clinical Transformation Programs
- Carry out other duties, tasks, and projects, as needed, to support the Clinical Transformation Team and Radiology Partners.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 8+ years of working directly with senior operators of radiology practices and radiologists (and responsible for executive-level reporting on program/initiative updates)
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.)
- Experience managing third party vendors (and holding accountable to KPIs), preferred
- Understanding of radiologist workflow, preferred
COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $110,000-$120,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
