Position Overview
Radiology Partners is seeking a Diagnostic Mammography Radiologist to join our innovative SEAL Team (Stabilize, Engage, Align, Lead)—a highly skilled group of radiologists dedicated to supporting new practice integrations and launching partnerships across the country.
This unique hybrid role is ideal for physicians who enjoy variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. You'll combine remote breast imaging with onsite travel assignments, helping establish strong physician partnerships while delivering exceptional patient care.
Highlights
- Hybrid Schedule: 70 remote daytime shifts + 60 onsite daytime shifts annually
- Monday–Friday schedule
- No call responsibilities

About the SEAL Team
The SEAL Team represents some of Radiology Partners' most accomplished and engaged physicians. This elite group partners with newly integrated practices and health systems, providing onsite leadership, clinical expertise, and physician engagement during critical transition periods.
As a SEAL physician, you'll have the opportunity to:

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be:
- Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology
- MQSA-qualified
- Comfortable interpreting diagnostic mammography remotely
- Able to perform breast procedures during onsite assignments
- Experienced or interested in breast MRI interpretation (preferred)
- Adaptable, collaborative, and excited to contribute to practice start-up and integration efforts
- Strong communicator with a patient-centered and team-oriented approach
Compensation
This position offers a base salary of $385,000, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
Final compensation may vary based on factors including experience, training, certifications, and geographic location.
