Position SummarY:

Radiology Partners is seeking a Director, Pre-Sale Consulting, who will be responsible for leading technical pre-sales components of growth projects (new business deals). The ideal candidate will have extensive Radiology IT knowledge as well as experience working in a sales organization. As a key member of the growth team, the Director of Pre-Sale Consulting will work with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure all collaborative efforts are on track and completed. The incumbent will develop relationships both internally and externally and work strategically with practice leadership during all phases of the new client acquisition lifecycle. The Director of Pre-Sale Consulting will oversee, direct, and manage the use of CRM and other technology and data used by the growth team. As the owner of these platforms and tools, you are expected to lead these efforts and provide strategic vision.

Position Duties and Responsibilities

  • Attends meetings and conference calls with clients. Instills confidence in the client by articulating our technology offering and showing proven examples of prior projects
  • Develops relationships with and helps manage preferred vendors
  • Identifies and presents new vendor/technology solutions
  • Oversees the collection of site technical data via in-depth discovery and prepares hand-off to IT integrations teams. Identifies problematic or challenging scenarios and works collaboratively to find solutions
  • Attends new site go-lives periodically to provide continuity and ensures service delivery
  • Effectively analyzes current IT/Radiology workflows. Balances strategic approach and current IT capabilities to ensure our IT offering is competitive.
  • Continually evaluates methods of the growth process for efficiency gains
  • Ensures projects are on track, and communicates our project status of projects
  • Effectively anticipates, identifies, and resolves roadblocks

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • PACS/RIS/Voice Rec subject matter expert. Prior experience as a PACS administrator
  • Radiology-specific workflow knowledge (Mammography, PET/CT, Cardiac)
  • Understanding of the healthcare environment and terminology

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • 5+ years’ relevant experience

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • HL7 Interface experience
  • IPSEC VPN, VLAN, networking experience
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects of varying complexity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in CRM platforms such as Salesforce is a plus
  • Effective communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter and excellent team player who can stay on task with minimal supervision
  • Prior experience working with Physicians and Hospital C-Suite
  • Ability to travel 50-70%
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability and proven experience to communicate with client staff at multiple levels, including C-suite
  • Ability to communicate with internal teammates and vendors in a variety of specialties – IT, human resources, analytics, operations, billing, etc.

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $135,000-$150,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
