Using a proven healthcare services model, Radiology Partners provides consistent, high-quality care to patients, while delivering enhanced value to the hospitals, clinics, imaging centers and referring physicians we serve.

DIRECTOR, OPERATIONS PRODUCT OWNER - POSITION SUMMARY:
  • Own the vision, roadmap, and overall direction for the Scheduling & Capacity ecosystem, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy, operational goals, and evolving business needs across forecasting, scheduling, and compensation.

  • Serve as the primary business owner and representative to IT product and development teams, translating business requirements into prioritized features, guiding near- and long-term delivery, and ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and effectively incorporated into systems.
  • Drive adoption and consistency by collaborating with Practice Directors, schedulers, Operations leaders, data/AI teams, and Change Management to support rollout across all practices, tune optimization models, interpret outputs, ensure insights, dashboards, and recommendations are clear and actionable for users.
  • Establish and lead a community of excellence for scheduling and capacity processes, including training, documentation, user support, and continuous feedback loops, while partnering with compensation and payroll teams to ensure accurate, timely downstream data and monitoring actual vs. forecasted performance to surface optimization opportunities.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, program management, or similar roles, ideally within healthcare, radiology, or other complex, multi-site environments, with demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives from design through deployment.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to translate, advocate for, and prioritize business requirements into practical system functionality, process improvements, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Technically fluent, with familiarity in AI-enabled solutions, data-driven optimization tools, and modern systems environments; able to partner effectively with IT, data, and development teams (no coding required).
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations, form clear perspectives with imperfect information, make sound decisions, and flex seamlessly between strategic, tactical, and execution-focused work.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in agile or iterative delivery models and a passion for improving clinician experience, operational efficiency, and quality of care through smart systems and processes.
