POSITION SUMMARY
Radiology Partners’ Data Center Operations Team is seeking an experienced Application Delivery Engineer III to provide Level 3 IT infrastructure support. This role focuses on the design, implementation, and maintenance of Citrix technologies including XenApp, XenDesktop, and NetScaler. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in virtualization, Windows Server, and Active Directory. They will also leverage automation to support continuous integration of acquisitions and new clients in a fast-growing healthcare environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, problem management, and applying analytical skills to optimize IT system performance.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, implement and maintain Citrix infrastructure
- Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop and NetScaler/ADC products
- Manage and monitor Citrix environments to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Citrix solutions with existing systems
- Create and maintain documentation for Citrix infrastructure
- Stay current with new Citrix products and technologies
- Be the first to examine and work Incidents and Service requests and assess whether tickets need escalation.
- Work collaboratively in a highly matrixed organization with other IT teams (Development, Service Desk, Integration and Clinical Applications) to resolve any issues that arise
- Participate in building tools to streamline development, deployment, testing, and monitoring of applications and systems
- Assist with capacity planning, provisioning, and scaling of the application infrastructure
- Help ensure information security best practices for internal and client environments
- Coordinate with external vendors and services
- Building of processes based on ITIL and industry best practices
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Candidate should have 5+ years of experience in IT and at least 3 years of experience as a Citrix Engineer.
- Strong understanding of virtualization technologies, particularly Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, and NetScaler/ADC
- Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Citrix certifications such as CCA-V, CCE-V, or CCAA are a plus.
- Experience working in a Radiology or healthcare environment is a plus
- Experience with monitoring tools
- Must be a team player, eager to collaborate, and adaptable
- Must have excellent conflict resolution skills
- Up to 10% Travel
COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
