POSITION SUMMARY

 The Radiology Partners IT Team is seeking a driven, high-performing, experienced IT Imaging Services (IIS) Optimization Manager aimed at improving the efficiency, performance, and scalability of our IT infrastructure, systems, and processes. The ideal candidate would assist in managing and supporting the Radiology Partners solutions and services. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for identifying areas for optimization, leading cross-functional projects, and implementing best practices to ensure that our IT operations support business growth, reduce costs, and enhance overall system performance. This role will work remotely with end users who utilize the provided Radiology Partners IT systems. The candidate must have the skills to identify, communicate, and resolve IT Imaging System issues to maximize the efficiency and benefit of the Radiology Partners IT team. This role requires a highly motivated team member dedicated to delivering value and exceptional personalized customer experiences.

Candidate must be located in the MST Time Zone, PST is okay as well. Prefer candidates located in CO.

 POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Align optimization efforts with business and IT goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams and acting as a liaison across service lanes. 
  • Identify and resolve inefficiencies in IT systems and workflows, driving continuous improvement and resource utilization. 
  •  Oversee ServiceNow Problem Ticket management, system monitoring tools, and ensure timely issue resolution and communication. 
  •  Manage optimization projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, compliance, and measurable results. 
  •  Provide advanced support for clinical IT systems including PACS, VNA, VR, AI platforms, and troubleshooting VPNs and system integrations.
  • Coordinate vendor support, manage downtimes, upgrades, and maintain detailed documentation of issues and resolutions. 
  •  Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer success while providing guidance, training, and performance management to the team.
  • Up to 25% travel 
  • Occasional on-call to support the practices 

 DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 

  • Candidate must be located in the MST Time Zone, PST is okay as well. Prefer candidates located in CO.
  •  Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on system performance, optimization, and process improvement. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in health information systems or a related discipline preferred, or five years or more of diverse work experience in IT. Healthcare experience, particularly in radiology, is favored. 
  • Strong customer focus with a proven ability to understand customer and stakeholder insights and develop strategies and IT solutions to meet these customer needs. 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills to diagnose issues, implement solutions, and identify areas for improvement. 
  •  Proven leadership and team management experience, with a focus on mentoring staff and fostering collaboration across diverse teams. 
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to align with organizational goals, present findings to senior leadership, and build strong client relationships. 
  •  Proactive, customer-focused approach with a commitment to understanding and exceeding customer needs, while adapting quickly to new technologies. 
  •  Demonstrates integrity, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to achieve common goals.

COMPENSATION 

 The salary range for this position is $90K-$110K. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
