Position SummarY:

Radiology Partners is currently seeking an experienced Practice Director to join our Midwest practice management team.  This is an outstanding opportunity for the practice management professional who desires a broader consultative role that is responsible for building effective, service driven relationships, and providing innovative business solutions to complex matters within a tenured radiology practice. This role will act as the day-to-day operational and client lead of the practice within the Midwest Illinois region.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations for a premier local radiology practice, including financial management, payroll accuracy, and budget adherence.
  • Partner with physicians and business development to drive strategic growth and recruitment in the Midwest Illinois market.
  • Manage radiologist scheduling, licensing, credentialing, onboarding, and ensure billing compliance.
  • Coordinate new physician hiring and onboarding by collaborating with HR, IT, Legal, and national teams to support EMR access and IT systems.
  • Foster a productive, team-oriented environment through clear communication, performance management, and patient satisfaction initiatives.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant analyst experience required; Master’s Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of management, healthcare administration, or radiology experience (radiology management or private practice background preferred)
  • Experience with budgeting processes
  • Strong relationship and client management skills
  • Experience working closely with physicians
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and data visualization tools (PowerBI preferred)
  • Strong experience using Excel to create and maintain models with multiple variables

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $110K-$130K. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
