POSITION SUMMARY

  • Onsite Diagnostic Radiology need in Palm Beach County
  • $50k Sign-On Bonus with a 2-year requirement + retention bonus
  • Competitive base salary plus additional incentive structure
  • Growing Women’s and Children’s focus with approx. 20% Pediatric Volume
  • Day position, Monday-Friday
  • 10 weeks PTO
  • Equitable call, 12 weekends per year

HCA Florida Healthcare operates a robust, interconnected four-hospital system that includes HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital, HCA Florida Raulerson Hospital, HCA Florida Highlands Hospital, and HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital. The system features a 398-bed acute-care hospital with a 41-bed emergency department serving approximately 80,000 patients annually. It includes advanced capabilities such as a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, the area’s only Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), and the region’s only Level II Trauma Center. Additionally, the hospitals offer comprehensive stroke care and serve as a hub for medical education and training. DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Residency training in Diagnostic Radiology from an ACGME accredited U.S. training program
  • Board eligible or certified by American Board of Radiology (ABR) or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR)
  • FL license or ability to obtain a Florida license

COMPENSATION: 
The salary range for this position is $475,000-$500,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
