Position SummarY:

Radiology Partners Information Technology Team seeks a motivated, high-performing Field Support Analyst responsible for the supporting patient care end users utilizing Radiology Partners IT system.  Radiology Partners IT responsibilities include troubleshoot, diagnose, resolve technical issues efficiently, and providing on-site support, including radiologist homes. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.  This role requires a highly motivated team member dedicated to delivering value and exceptional personalized customer experiences.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and imaging workstation issues at customer sites.
  • Setup and configure computers, peripherals, network devices, and VPN tunnels to meet Radiology Partners standards.
  • Manage user access, incidents, planned/unplanned downtimes, and coordinate with internal IT teams on escalations and projects.
  • Maintain detailed records of technical issues and solutions in the Service Now ticketing system and perform routine system maintenance.
  • Provide end-user training, on-call support as needed, and travel up to 25% for field support.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Computer Science, Information Systems, or 5+ years IT/technology experience preferred
  • Experience with PACS, Radiology workflows, hardware, and networks
  • Prior support of voice recognition systems (PowerScribe and/or Fluency)
  • Proficient in diagnosing/resolving hardware and software issues; knowledgeable in Windows and macOS
  • Experience with basic network troubleshooting (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi), remote support tools, and ticketing systems

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $65,000-$75.000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
