POSITION SUMMARY:
- Manage the implementation and ongoing administration of physician and extender schedules for multiple local practices using QGenda
- Generate and communicate real-time schedule changes, including emergency coverage and coverage for meetings or unplanned absences
- Produce scheduling and staffing reports including shift distribution, extra shifts, PTO, and payroll-related data
- Partner closely with Practice Directors and Regional leadership to align staffing needs with operational goals
- Communicate scheduling protocols, updates, and changes effectively with physicians and internal stakeholders
Location: Candidates must be local to the Columbus, OH area
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 2 years of physician scheduling experience required; radiologist scheduling strongly preferred
- Strong working knowledge of QGenda required
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment preferred
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to time-sensitive requests

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $75,000–$85,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include possible incentive and productivity programs, health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
