ARA is seeking a highly motivated Modality QA Liaison to join our growing team!

Summary:  Will perform one or more Pre-Imaging Services functions including, implant screening, scheduling follow up for prep and exam restrictions, and quality assurance. Communicates with patients, referring physicians and device representatives to gather all pertinent data. Provides support to Pre-Imaging Services Representative and clinical staff by sharing knowledge, answering questions, and assisting by ensuring a safe and positive customer experience.

Desired Professional Skills and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • One to two years medical assistant or healthcare experience.
  • Preferred modality specific experience.
